Gas Engineer

We are currently looking for a skilled Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover North and East London on behalf of one of our leading Social Housing Contractor Clients! THE ROLE: Salary & Working Area * Salary: £40-42K basic * Enhanced rates for ECO & OOH * OTE £45k- 50K * Area of work: North and East London (E17, N16, E9, N22, E1 postcodes) Package Overview: * Carry out servicing and remedial repairs to gas fired heating boilers within occupied and unoccupied properties. * To meet the requirement and expectations of the Client or his/her representative in accordance with the Clients detailed specification, in a timely fashion and in compliance with current gas legislation. * 45 hours per week * Call out rota: 1 in 4 weeks * To take part in ‘out-of-hours’ emergency call out on a rota basis - Schedule : Monday - Friday * Buy and sell holiday * Pension Scheme - Auto enrolement * Private Medical Insurance (BUPA - Optional Add On) * Social Housing * 29 Days holiday including bank holidays (Increasing by 1 for every 2 years of employment) * Van and fuel card provided * Analyser, uniform, phone and PPE all provided * Ongoing training & room for progression Requirements: * Minimum of 8 years qualified in Gas * Previous Social Housing experience * Full relevant ACS - including CKR1 and HTR1 * Availability Monday - Friday * Clean DBS * Clean Driving License (preferred)
