Chartered Building Surveyor

This position sits within a multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering commercial building surveying, project management and professional advisory instructions. Responsibilities * Lead dilapidations instructions for landlord and tenant clients * Deliver technical due diligence reporting for acquisitions, disposals and refinancing * Manage refurbishment and fit-out project delivery * Undertake contract administration, Employer’s Agent and Project Manager duties * Mentor graduate surveyors and support APC progression Requirements * Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline * MRICS qualification * Minimum one year post-qualification consultancy experience * Commercial experience across dilapidations, TDD and refurbishment delivery * Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts Salary & Package * £50,000–£60,000 salary * Performance bonus * Private healthcare * Flexible hybrid working * CPD and training support 📩 Apply by sending your CV or contact us for more information
