Fawkes & Reece are currently working in partnership with a well-established contractor specialising in utility-related construction projects, who are looking to appoint an Administrator / Planner to join their team in Tonypandy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop a career within planning and project coordination in the construction and utilities sector. The Role This is a varied position combining administration and planning support responsibilities across a range of utility infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include: • Providing administrative support to the planning and project teams • Assisting in the development and updating of project schedules • Inputting and maintaining accurate project data and records • Coordinating with site teams, engineers, and project managers • Supporting progress tracking and reporting • Helping to identify delays and assist in planning adjustments • General office administration duties as required About You • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role • Strong organisational and time management skills • Good IT skills, particularly Excel (MS Project experience beneficial but not essential) • Excellent communication skills • Interest in construction, infrastructure, or utilities (desirable) • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn What’s on Offer • Salary of £22,000 – £26,000 • Opportunity to develop into a Planner role • Exposure to live utility and infrastructure projects • Supportive and collaborative working environment • Ongoing training and development To apply please send an up to date CV to Hazel Baron through the website
