Vehicle Damage Assessor - JCT600 Accident Repair Centre Bradford We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our busy, manufacturer-approved dealer Bodyshop in Bradford . This is a key role within the business, ensuring accurate assessments, efficient repairs, and excellent customer satisfaction. Your day to day will include: Accurately assessing vehicle damage and preparing repair estimates Using Audatex / GT Estimate (or similar) to produce cost-effective repair methods Liaising with technicians, parts departments, insurers, and customers Monitoring repair progress and authorising additional work where required Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards Supporting the smooth workflow of the Bodyshop and meeting KPI targets What we are looking for: Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator ATA qualification (preferred but not essential) Strong knowledge of body shop repair methods and procedures Experience working within a dealer or approved repairer environment Confident using estimating systems (Audatex experience highly desirable) Excellent communication and organisational skills Attention to detail with a customer-focused approachWhat we offer : Comprehensive package + bonus Annual leave: 34 days including bank holidays, increasing to 36 days (5 years) and 38 days (10 years) Family support: Enhanced paid maternity and paternity leave Wellbeing & protection: Life assurance, pension, enhanced sickness cover Training & development: From foundation to advanced levels through brand partner training and best-in-class leadership development.
