Learning Support Assistant – Horncastle, Lincolnshire Temp to Full-Time | GSL Education GSL Education are currently recruiting for a reliable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work across schools in Horncastle and surrounding areas. This is a full-time role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs. The successful candidate will be confident working with pupils of all ages and supporting a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Role: Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Assisting pupils with a range of SEN needs Promoting engagement, confidence and independence Supporting classroom activities and behaviour management Working closely with teaching staff and support teams Travelling to schools in surrounding areas as required Requirements: Experience working with children or young people (education, care or support work) Understanding of SEN and inclusive practices A patient, adaptable and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Full-time availability and willingness to travel This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in students’ development and wellbeing.
