Mechanical Design Engineer - (Building Services / MEP) London City, Hybrid £40k - £60k Dependent on Experience Benefits Include - 25 days holiday, health care Mechanical Design Engineer / Building Services / Construction / MEP This Mechanical Design Engineer role is to join a busy, growing company, where you will be part of a close-knit team. Projects are primarily high spec residential and commercial, it’s a friendly supportive working environment, where you’ll feel at home from day one. Responsibilities * Working as part of a design team delivering detailed designs on a wide variety of projects * Undertaking all thermal calcs, * Specifying systems, water, PH, boilers, heating and HVAC * Remaining aware of the latest building regulations and technical standards * Attending a range of project group and technical meetings Qualifications * Ideally you will have a MEng / BEng in Mechanical Engineering or an accredited building services degree but this is not essential. * You will be a mechanical design engineer with at least 3 years’ experience in building services. * You will need to be an excellent communicator
