Responsive Repairs Officer required for a Housing Association based in Croydon. Key Skills required: * Acting as the first point of contact for customers * Responsible for providing strong administrative support and customer service within the Property Services team * Raising and scheduling work orders * Monitoring contractor performance * Managing CRM cases * Assisting with invoice processing and data management Details: * 3 month initial contract * £24ph umbrella * Hybrid working role – Minimum 4 days per week in the office.
