The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning when teachers are absent. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with experience working with young people who wants to gain hands-on classroom experience. Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering Lessons: Supervise classes using pre-prepared lesson plans. * Managing the Classroom: Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. * Supporting Students: Encourage engagement and help students stay on task. * Reporting: Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour. What We’re Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Confidence in managing groups of students. * A genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed. * Previous experience working with children or young adults (desirable but not essential).
