Business Development Manager – Plastic Manufacturing (Remote) Salary: £50,000 + Uncapped Commission + Company Car Location: Remote (must be able to travel to Milton Keynes once per month) Hours: 9am–5pm Start Date: January 2026 Pertemps are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our client within the plastic manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on developing new business opportunities and driving growth in a technical, B2B environment. Key Duties Identify, qualify and convert new sales opportunities Negotiate commercial terms using standard die and stocking agreements, ensuring terms are favourable for the business Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and work closely with the Marketing Manager to target new markets Represent the business at exhibitions and industry events Manage all opportunities within the CRM system, recording progress, setting follow-up tasks, and uploading relevant documents such as drawings Provide regular updates on leads and prospects to the Sales Director Requirements: Previous experience within plastic manufacturing Minimum of 5 years’ B2B sales experience Strong track record of achieving challenging sales targets Full UK driving licence If this opportunity interests you, please apply today
