Technical Sales Engineer - Precision Engineering Ireland - Remote If you like the idea of owning your territory, shaping your own day and spending more time with customers than in a boardroom, this role is for you! The Role You'll be the Technical Sales Engineer for the Irish region, building strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business. Your days will be spent visiting clients, understanding their challenges and matching them with the right solutions from one of the most respected product ranges in the industry. You'll identify opportunities, generate and qualify leads, prepare quotations, negotiate and close sales. You'll work with internal teams to keep things moving and ensure customers get exactly what they need. Exhibitions, demos and events will feature too, giving you multiple ways to grow your network and your sales pipeline. You will be taking over a warm patch with already existing clients. What We Need From You Experience in technical or field sales, ideally within engineering, manufacturing or measurement. Strong communication and relationship building skills. The ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly. A self-motivated approach, comfortable working independently and planning your own workload. A full driving licence and willingness to travel across your region. Please note that this is managing the Ireland patch, so regular travel to Ireland will be required.
