Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Paralegal Location: Southwest London (near Fulham) Salary: From £35,000 per annum Hours: Full-time (Part-time 3–4 days considered) Job Type: Permanent Are you an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary or Paralegal looking for a new opportunity within a reputable and well-established firm? Our client, a busy solicitors’ practice in Southwest London, is seeking a confident, highly organised and proactive individual to support the Head of Property with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives on delivering exceptional client care. What you’ll be doing: * Providing high-level administrative and legal support to the Head of Property * Managing documentation, preparing correspondence and assisting with all stages of residential conveyancing files * Communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties * Opening files, drafting documents, submitting searches, and handling post-completion tasks * Ensuring smooth progression of matters from instruction through to completion What we’re looking for: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (essential) * Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure * Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly approach * Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office * A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work Why this role? * Competitive salary from £35,000 * Supportive, friendly team environment * Stability and long-term opportunity within a respected firm * Full-time office based, with flexibility for part-time (3–4 days) for the right candidate If you’re an experienced conveyancing professional looking to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
