HR Advisor

Position : HR Advisor Location : Southend on Sea Salary - £31,500 - 33,445 Staff partners are working with a local client in Essex who are looking for HR Advisor to assist the team in providing general HR , if you have experience in a HR Advisor role. * Acting as first point of contact via the telephone, email and in person, to respond to queries, where necessary redirecting matters appropriately and in a timely manner. * To support the HR Manager on the interpretation and application of the Trust’s HR policies and procedures. * To be the first point of call for general advice on queries over a range of HR issues, for example annual leave calculations, flexible working requests, maternity / paternity leave etc. * To provide consistent advice and guidance to managers using defined levels of expertise and knowledge, in dealing with HR matters, including attendance, capability / performance, disciplinary and resourcing issues. * Relevant HR qualification * Demonstrable experience in an operational generalist role, covering a wide range of ER * Responsibilities including sickness, management of employee relations cases, disciplinaries, grievances etc * Good understanding of the key issues facing the trust and the wider health economy This position will offer Hybrid working 3 days in the office based 2 days working from home.
