As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting multiple Skilled MIG/TIG Welder Fabricators to join our expanding team at HTA Group in Coventry. Key Responsibilities * Read, interpret, and work from detailed engineering drawings * Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials * Fabricate and weld components to tight tolerances and quality standards * Maintain consistent productivity and meet daily/weekly output targets * Follow company procedures and comply with all Health & Safety regulations * Work collaboratively with team members to complete orders accurately and on time * Carry out and record routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment * Mark up, prep, and assemble component parts as required Skills & Experience Required * Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator, MIG Welder, TIG Welder, or Skilled Welder * Strong hands-on welding skills (MIG, TIG, and ideally MMA) * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols * Experience in high-volume fabrication or bespoke/custom fabrication environments * Sound understanding of safe welding practices and HSE requirements * Formal welding qualifications (coded welder status or equivalent advantageous) * Time-served apprenticeship / NVQ / City & Guilds in Welding or Fabrication Benefits Package * Genuine career progression within a rapidly expanding engineering business * Training and qualifications funding to support your development * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Annual profit share scheme * Company pension scheme * Low-interest employee benefit loans * Refer-a-Friend bonuses (£250 at 3 months + £750 at 12 months) * Death in service benefit * Discounts on a wide range of leisure, entertainment, and attractions 📩 Apply now to join a market-leading engineering team with outstanding long-term opportunities
