This role involves teaching and supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, creating a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes academic progress and emotional well-being. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs. Implement behaviour management strategies and individual education plans. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other professionals. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and development.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience teaching students with SEMH needs (specialist or mainstream settings). Strong classroom management and communication skills.
