This is a chance to work on high-profile, design-led projects while developing under highly experienced Senior Estimators. Key Responsibilities: Review tender docs, drawings & specifications Prepare enquiry packages and quantified BoQs Liaise with supply chain and manage tender queries Produce detailed pricing schedules Assess subcontractor returns for accuracy & risk Prepare pricing notes for clear bid submission foundationsIdeal Candidate: 3+ years estimating experience, including tenders £4m+ Able to run smaller bids independently Degree/qualification in QS or Estimating Strong commercial, technical & analytical skills Confident interpreting tender documents Proficient with MS Office & estimating software (Conquest/Causeway/CCS)What’s Offered: A competitive salary, private healthcare, pension, cycle to work scheme, bonus, and the chance to work on some of London’s most exciting construction projects.
