Retail Store Manager – Jewellery Location: Plymouth, Devon Salary: DOE + Annual Performance-Related Pay (APRP) Hours: Full-time (up to 41.25 hours per week) Working Hours: * Monday–Saturday: 8:45am – 6:00pm * Thursday: Early & late shift rotation (8:45am – 8:00pm) * Sunday: 10:15am – 4:30pm * Includes one full weekend off per month and one additional weekend day off each month The Company We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established, award-winning jewellery retailer with multiple stores across the South of England. The Role We’re looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager with a background in fine jewellery or luxury retail. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented team of 14 people, including two Assistant Managers, in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day store operations, and fostering a high-performing team culture. You’ll take ownership of staff rotas, recognising weekends as peak trading periods, while benefiting from one full weekend off and one additional weekend day off each month. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll also collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and represent your store at the annual new season buying and collection meeting.
