Assembly Operative (Automotive)

Automotive Production Operative £13.87 per hour – 40 hours per week Dagenham, East London We’re looking for a hands-on Production Operative to join our client in Dagenham. You’ll be fitting new parts to vehicles — such as bumpers, seats, steering wheels, wheels, suspension, and other interior/exterior components. You will not be working on engines. You’ll follow clear instructions (SOPs), use a variety of hand and power tools, and make sure all work meets high-quality and safety standards. Shift Pattern Rotating shifts: 6am–2pm (Monday–Friday) 2pm–12am (midnight) (Monday–Thursday only – Fridays off)What You’ll Do Fit, assemble, and install vehicle parts following set instructions. Use tools such as impact drivers, torque wrenches, and vehicle ramps. Maintain strong quality standards from start to finish. Follow all Health & Safety rules and wear the correct PPE.
