Senior Engineer


Senior Engineer / Specialist Engineer An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a high-performing residential engineering team in central London. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all technical and mechanical systems within luxury residential properties. Acting as the first point of contact for residents, you’ll diagnose and resolve in-apartment issues, manage planned and reactive maintenance, and coordinate specialist contractors when required. You’ll be hands-on with MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems, as well as the Building Management System. Experience with home automation systems such as Crestron and Lutron is highly desirable. This is a role for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out maintenance and repair work across residences and plant areas * Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) * Support troubleshooting of home automation systems * Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety standards * Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation * Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver a five-star experience for residents Requirements: * Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) * Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering or maintenance * Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and safe working practices * Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills * Flexibility to support a 24-hour operation as required Desirable: * Electrical installation (C&G/NVQ) * 18th Edition qualification * CSCS Trade certification If you’re an experienced engineer who takes pride in precision, professionalism, and delivering exceptional service, please apply for consideration
