Our client, a leading manufacturer based North of York are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join the business on a permanent basis due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in Project Management within a medium to heavy manufacturing environment, with the ability to take see a project from Cradle to Grave while being able to engage with all stakeholders. Candidates will be required to oversee all aspects of the projects from Purchasing/ Planning/ Manufacturing/ Shipping. Ideally candidates will have experience working within a Manufacturing Engineering/ Assembly based environment - Exposure to EPCI Contracts would be would be highly advantgageous. Hours - Monday - Thursday 830AM - 4.30PM / Friday 0830 - 4PM This role is available for an immediate start and will be based on site 5 days per week Responsibilities * Customer focussed front end management of projects from enquiry to tender and deliverance * Proven track record in managing multiple projects at any given time * Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to reduce commercial risk and maximise future business opportunities * Participate in internal and external meetings and supplier visits. * Client Site Management Meetings, updates and project timescales * Manage client improvement and service deliverance against agreed KPI's. * Manage project financially to maximise cash flow and avoid unnecessary commercial exposure * Drives Delivery of commitments * Collaborates to build strong relationships * Participate in production/sales meetings to ensure delivery of projects to agreed timescales and company expectations. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS * Demonstrable experience in project management and streamlining projects already in process. * Qualified in a technical discipline * Project Management qualifications (MSc, Prince2, Diploma etc) * Experiened working within a manufacturing engineering environment - Exposure to EPCI contracts would be ideal * Ability to bring multiple departments together to ensure OTD of project * Excellent communication skills * Strong organisational and planning skills * Strong leadership skills * Ability to prioritise workload and manage work pressure This vacancy is being advertised by Complete Talent Services Ltd who are acting as an Employment Business
