Site Manager – Shop Fit-Out (Norwich) Location: Norwich, Norfolk Contract Type: Freelance / Temporary About the Role: Our client, a well-established fit-out contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a retail shop fit-out project in Norwich. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing the site, coordinating trades, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering the project to a high standard — on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all on-site activities for the duration of the fit-out project. * Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site operatives. * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures. * Monitor progress, quality, and schedule against programme targets. * Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager, client, and design team. * Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular progress meetings. * Ensure snag-free handover and client satisfaction.
