About the Role We're seeking driven individuals with a passion for education and sales to join our London office as Trainee Education Recruitment Consultants. As a Recruitment Consultant at Tradewind Recruitment, you'll work in a dynamic, high-performance environment, matching exceptional teachers and support staff with schools across the UK. Your Responsibilities During your first 6-9 months: Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles Craft professional CV profiles for client marketing Collaborate with sales teams to increase candidate placements Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your managerAs you progress into sales: Develop new business and manage client relationships Negotiate margins and contracts Maintain safeguarding and compliance standards Handle challenging conversations professionally Deliver exceptional customer service and manage your time effectivelyEarn uncapped commission at every stage of your career development.
