Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial extension project in Cardiff. This is a standalone, number one Site Manager role — ideal for someone confident managing all aspects of a project independently, from site setup through to completion. Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification * Manage subcontractors, materials, and schedules * Liaise with clients, consultants, and the wider project team * Maintain quality, health & safety, and compliance standards * Produce regular progress reports and ensure smooth project delivery Requirements * SMSTS * CSCS * First aid * Previous Education project management experience (preferred)
