Residential Valuation Surveyor – Southampton (Leading Independent Provider) £45,000 - £70,000 per year  37 hours per week Permanent / Full-Time We are working with the UK’s largest independent provider of mortgage valuations and residential surveying services, who are expanding their team due to increased market share and continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RICS-qualified Residential Valuation Surveyor to join a high-performing national team, delivering specialist valuation services for lending and private clients. You’ll carry out mortgage valuations and home surveys using market-leading iPad technology, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service. You’ll manage your own workload within a designated geographical patch, maintaining autonomy while benefitting from dedicated operational and field support. This role suits a professional who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely reporting and building rapport with clients and residents. Responsibilities Undertake residential valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys Produce high-quality reports in line with RICS standards and client expectations Manage and organise your own caseload, ensuring timely delivery of reports Build and maintain positive relationships with property occupants and stakeholders Maintain professionalism as the Company’s ambassador during property visits Utilise modern inspection techniques and adapt to evolving business needs Uphold high standards of customer service, accuracy, and compliance Requirements   RICS Accredited – AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS Experience carrying out residential valuations and surveys Strong analytical reporting skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Ability to manage workload efficiently in a home-based, field role Full UK driving licence Benefits Include   Competitive salary with uncapped bonus incentives Flexible working with a fixed local patch Professional fees paid + APC support, CPD and annual conference For more information or to apply, please contact James at Service Care Solutions: (phone number removed) (url removed)
