About the Role We’re looking for experienced Vehicle Preppers to join our busy prep centre. You’ll play a key role in preparing vehicles for paint, ensuring every car meets the highest cosmetic and safety standards before reaching the showroom or customer. This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, experience in a high-volume or main-dealer environment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop. Key Responsibilities * Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming * Carry out filler work and minor body repairs as needed * Flat and polish panels ready for painting * Maintain high levels of quality control and attention to detail * Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently * Support the bodyshop team to meet production deadlines Requirements * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Vehicle or Bodyshop Prepper * Experience working in a fast-paced prep or accident repair centre * Must have own tools * Knowledge of fillers, primers, and preparation materials * Reliable, hardworking, and quality-driven * Full UK driving licence Additional Information * Immediate starts available * On-site 3-hour skills trial required * Excellent earning potential with overtime and bonuses * Long-term, secure position with a leading automotive employer
