A renowned law firm in London are looking for a Receptionist to join their established team. As the Receptionist you will play an integral part to the business, by welcoming all VIP clients and organising their experience from start to finish with excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Greet all clients on arrival and assist them in a courteous & helpful manner Manage the outlook diary and meeting rooms to a high standard Assist the marketing team with all events internally Arranging travel arrangements for key staff Manage the company switchboard answering the phone to company standard, transferring the call and taking any relevant messages Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen that complies with food & hygiene regulations and to report any faults within this area Complete all daily and monthly checklists and audits and adhere to the procedures for Client Services Experience of creating & managing filing systems. Work alongside other teams and offices to provide support when needed at the respected office(s) Monitor and maintain all internal meeting rooms to a high standard Setting up conference calls for senior stakeholders, supporting where required Solid reception & administration experience is essential, ideally in a similar business First Aid & Fire Marshall duties.
