Salary : GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 OTE
Contract : Temporary to Permanent
Shifts : Monday to Thursday, 6:45am 5:30pm (39 hours/week)

A well-established and growing manufacturer is looking for reliable and motivated Yard Operatives / Production Operators to join their team at a key site. Due to increased production demands, they are expanding their workforce to meet growing customer needs.

The Yard Operative will be responsible for:

• Building clamp floors and stacking bricks manually using jigs and scaffold boards
• Loading and stacking dried bricks throughout the day, ensuring airflow and fire holes
• Assisting with the ignition and monitoring of brick clamps
• Sorting, checking, and packing finished bricks
• General cleaning and supporting maintenance across the site

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong work ethic and hands-on approach
• Good attention to detail
• Physical robustness and ability to handle manual work
• Health and Safety conscious
• Experience in a labouring or production environment (preferred, not essential)
• Team player with a positive attitude
