Contracts Manager - Stonework and Tiling Projects Location: Offices in London Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 + package Job Type: Permanent | Full-time We’re working with a well-established and respected contractor specialising in stone and ceramic wall and floor finishes for commercial, hospitality and high-end residential projects. Established in 2002, they’ve grown from a startup to market leader, offering a fully integrated service including: ✔️ Design & pre-construction coordination ✔️ Substrate prep: screeding, latexing, ply boarding & waterproofing ✔️ Installation of porcelain, mosaics, terrazzo, natural stone & large-format tiles ✔️ Stone restoration & slip-resistance testing (PTV certified) ✔️ Waterjet cutting, CAD drawing and templating in-house The Role: They are now seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. This is a senior, client-facing role with full ownership of programming, cost, quality and performance. Responsibilities: * Lead the successful delivery of multiple stone and tiling projects * Manage teams, site managers, and subcontractors * Oversee health & safety, quality assurance and progress reporting * Build strong client relationships and support commercial negotiation * Ensure technical compliance Requirements: * Contracts/Project Manager experience in tiling, stonework or interior fit-out * Strong understanding of site operations, logistics and sequencing * Commercially aware, with solid reporting and documentation skills * Able to work across multiple sites and coordinate remotely when needed What You’ll Get: * £65K–£85K salary (based on experience) * Excellent benefits and progression opportunities * Stable, permanent role with a forward-thinking business * London-based office 📩 Apply today.
